Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING: All packages are shipped to the address identified (if PayPal, item will ship to PayPal address--if using PayPal to checkout you need to ensure the address is correct, as this will be the address your items ship to--If you would like your package sent to a different address, you must update your PayPal profile to reflect that address--Reiki Charged Crystals is not responsible for your items being sent to a wrong address if that is what is listed in your profile).

REFUNDS: Refunds will only be given if a mistake is made on our part. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. 

LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS: Reiki Charged Crystals is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Once item ships, any issues should be taken up with USPS/UPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or if you refuse them. Once the carrier scans them, they are out of our hands. All items are unique and cannot be replaced if the mail loses them.
